NEED keeps every opportunity in one place, so you can track where each
application stands, prepare properly for each stage, and learn something from
every interview instead of guessing what went wrong. It was built out of more
than 100 real interviews and the gaps its founders hit in every other
job-tracking tool.

## Who it is for
